What You Bring

The technician must stay current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline, taking on technical and project‑related efforts as directed. Daily responsibilities include providing project updates to senior technicians and managers, collaborating with teammates, and scrutinizing actions to protect the customer experience. Flexibility, rapid adaptation to change, and continuous idea sharing are expected to drive efficiency and add business value. Candidates should have at least five years of wireless telecommunications experience and a two‑year vocational degree in a technical field or a military equivalent. They must be able to read site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work, possess solid verbal, written, and presentation skills, and be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of RF engineering, interconnecting circuits such as T1/T3 and microwave radio, a valid driver’s license, and basic leadership abilities are also required. • Adapt quickly to changing conditions and understand the broader picture. • Minimum 5 + years of wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Two‑year vocational technical degree or military equivalent. • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of RF engineering, radio frequency theory, and interconnecting circuits (T1, T3, microwave radio). • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor‑vehicle policy. • Demonstrated problem‑solving creativity, self‑motivation, and basic leadership. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently or within a team.
