About the Role
As a Community Manager you will oversee all operations of an assigned housing community under the Regional Manager, handling personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management, while ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines. • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate on‑site staff; maintain daily attendance and schedule assignments. • Address performance issues, document actions, coordinate with HR, and terminate when necessary. • Drive net operating income by controlling costs, enhancing revenue, and developing annual budgets and forecasts. • Oversee rent collections, deposit reconciliation, vendor invoice processing, and accurate financial reporting. • Create and execute annual marketing plans; guide leasing staff to close deals, maintain lease documentation, and track performance. • Resolve resident complaints, implement retention programs, and manage showings, leasing and move‑ins. • Ensure timely and accurate administrative and leasing reports; lead emergency response team for property incidents. • Supervise maintenance operations, monitor service request turnaround, conduct regular property inspections, and manage vendor relationships. • Maintain property appearance, oversee repairs, and coordinate construction, rehabilitation and make‑ready activities. • Fulfill physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies, including weekend and night shifts.

What You Bring
• Meet education requirements: high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) or relevant housing experience; CAM or ARM certification desirable. • Demonstrate knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, and proficiency with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Possess reliable transportation for on‑call emergency response.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary of $67,000‑$75,000 per year plus a total‑rewards package that offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays.
