About the Role

This Senior Project Manager role oversees project planning, site contractors, and ensures work meets satisfactory standards. The manager supervises fit‑out works, including all interior fixings and equipment. Client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role manages all facets of assigned real‑estate projects—execution, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk—from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout. The manager reads and applies complex documents such as contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. They identify delivery resources via pre‑qualified lists or qualification processes, conduct standard RFPs, perform bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients. Leadership is provided to delivery teams to achieve project goals. A communication plan is implemented to schedule meetings, produce written reports, and record minutes for client and team alignment. Project documentation governance is enforced, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely coordination. Progress is tracked against objectives, approved budgets, and timelines, with status and variance reporting. Change management routines assess requests, secure client approvals, issue change orders, and evaluate impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. • Supervise project planning, site contractors, and fit‑out works, ensuring quality standards. • Manage execution, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real‑estate projects from design through closeout. • Review and apply contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, and drawings. • Conduct RFPs, perform bid analysis, and recommend qualified resources to clients. • Lead project teams, provide guidance, and oversee lower‑level staff assignments. • Implement communication plans, produce meeting minutes and status reports. • Ensure documentation governance, data integrity, and timely coordination. • Track project progress against budget and timeline; report variances. • Manage change requests, obtain client approval, and issue change orders. • Identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and execute action plans. • Provide training and formal assistance to team members. • Financial management of project budgets and cash flows.

What You Bring

The candidate brings 8–10 years of interior/fit‑out project experience with multinational clients, architectural firms, or MEP consultants/contractors. Prior experience with IPC, cost consultancy, or design firms is required for direct‑report responsibilities. Strong organizational, analytical, and CRM skills are essential, along with financial expertise to manage budgets and cash flows. Proficiency in project‑management software, MS Project, and the ability to read architectural drawings, leases, contracts, and construction practices is expected. • Minimum 8‑10 years experience in interior/fit‑out projects with MNCs, architectural firms, or MEP contractors. • Prior experience with IPC, cost consultancy, or design firms for direct‑report roles. • Strong organizational, analytical, and CRM skills. • Proficient in project management software, MS Project, and reading architectural drawings. • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
