About the Role
The Electrical PM will lead both telecommunications/data systems and electrical work from conceptual design through final completion, supporting RQ’s mission, vision, and values. • Lead electrical and telecommunications projects for an ambulatory care center and dental clinic from concept to completion. • Manage project phases, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination in support of RQ’s mission.

What You Bring
A minimum BA/BS degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; equivalent work experience and training may also qualify. Candidates must have at least five years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects, and eight years of experience as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or superintendent in electrical and telecommunication construction, preferably in design‑build. Required skills include proficiency in engineering design, systems, and standards, as well as strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred software experience includes McCormick, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, and Revit. Certifications required are CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour; training can be provided. Preferred certifications include STS, LEED GA, or LEED AP/AP+. All candidates must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to the military base site. • Minimum BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects. • 8+ years as project engineer, assistant project manager, or superintendent in electrical/telecom construction, preferably design‑build. • Proficient in engineering design, systems, standards, and Microsoft Office suite. • Familiarity with McCormick, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, BIM, and Revit preferred. • Hold CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour certifications; STS and LEED credentials preferred. • Required relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; valid passport and background clearance needed. • Must provide proof of identity, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug and DoD background screenings.
