About the Role

The company is ASX‑listed, sovereign‑owned and has been recognised as Estate & Infrastructure Business of the Year (2025) and Prime Contractor of the Year (2024‑2025). • Perform reactive maintenance on asset buildings. • Prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines efficiently. • Build and maintain constructive relationships with team members and respond to customer needs. • Sign off on statutory requirements such as TMV and backflow prevention. • Work overtime, weekends and be on call for emergencies as required.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory) and will be required to complete a National Police Check and medical assessment as part of the selection process. • Hold a trade qualification and licence as a plumber, preferably with commercial and facilities‑maintenance experience. • Possess or obtain a gas licence (preferred). • Communicate effectively, work autonomously and support other trades and apprentices. • Hold or be willing to obtain licences/training for confined spaces, working at height and elevated work platforms (EWP).
