During the program, participants experience Lennar’s culture through onboarding activities such as a visit to a Lennar community, hands‑on training, and team‑building events. While the internship is temporary and does not guarantee future employment, high‑performing interns may be considered for full‑time roles based on performance and business needs. The role is primarily sedentary office work requiring typical computer and paperwork tasks, with occasional lifting of items under 50 lb. Compensation may include bonuses and commissions in addition to the comprehensive benefits package described below. • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Flexible Spending, Health Savings, Health Reimbursement, and Commuter Savings accounts. • Up to three weeks of paid vacation annually plus holidays, sick leave, and personal days. • Paid “Everyone’s Included” day to observe a meaningful cause. • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and 100 % company match up to 5 % of pay. • Paid maternity and bonding leave. • Education Assistance Program (LEAP) offering student‑loan repayment support. • Associate Discount and Home Purchase programs. • Wellness rewards for eligible medical plan participants. • Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions. • Adoption assistance up to $30,000. • New Hire Referral Bonus program.
