About the Role

As a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub, the Graphic Designer develops marketing materials that showcase and market properties for sale. The role reports to fee‑earners, marketing partners and team leadership, and requires delivering high‑quality, visually compelling collateral on tight deadlines. • Execute strategic vision for property marketing collateral per fee‑earners, partners, and leadership. • Design brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, BOVs, presentations, and other graphics efficiently. • Create logos and brand styles that capture property essence and visual identity. • Deliver timely, consistent, high‑quality design work under tight deadlines. • Align designs with marketing objectives through a strategic mindset. • Oversee creative production and quality control, communicating progress to stakeholders. • Maintain an efficient workflow by mastering the creative process. • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders with clear rationale. • Share best practices, stay current on design trends, and foster team creativity. • Balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, and long‑format design.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 3‑4 years of professional‑services graphic design experience. • Possess advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Work independently while maintaining high quality in a high‑volume environment. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills. • Communicate effectively in oral and written forms. • Take initiative and thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial settings.

Benefits
