About the Role

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards. • Act as the key day‑to‑day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and appropriate quality standards. • Provide strategic advice at project conception, recommending approaches to achieve the client’s overall objectives. • Establish overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. • Plan for and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment issues. • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be used throughout the project. • Produce and maintain the detailed project plan. • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, using KPIs to improve project performance. • Manage the change control process. • Monitor and advise on project finances. • Ensure production of formal project progress and other reports. • Lead marketing and business development activities, including developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients. • Identify and act upon cross‑selling opportunities. • Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work. • Attend formal client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors. • Identify and act upon opportunities to improve project management products and services.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a relevant degree in construction, real estate or project management and have at least eight years’ experience managing real‑estate projects, preferably in a consultancy. They must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ideally hold professional membership such as RICS, PMI or CIOB. • Degree in a relevant construction, real estate or project management discipline. • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing real estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment. • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Professional membership desirable (e.g., RICS, PMI, CIOB).
