About the Role
The Housekeeper is tasked with maintaining the highest degree of cleanliness across vacant and occupied apartments, common areas, and laundry facilities. Work is performed according to company checklists and schedules, with any problem areas reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Clean vacant apartments for move‑in using the company checklist and report any problems. • Clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments on schedule and report any problems. • Detail clean hallways and other common areas as scheduled or when requested. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of shortages. • Keep laundry and linen rooms organized; clean dryer lint traps daily and equipment areas weekly.
