About the Role
The role focuses on acquiring job skills to resolve routine tasks that require limited judgement, following standard operating procedures and supporting the overall team. Work is performed under close supervision with detailed instructions for basic maintenance and incident support. The position involves maintaining and evolving critical infrastructure, ensuring non‑critical facility components are regularly inspected, repaired, and monitored, and collaborating with vendors and internal departments to keep site operations running smoothly. • Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on non‑critical facility components. • Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on non‑critical facility components. • Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and respond to basic alarms per SOPs. • Follow detailed work instructions and operate under close supervision. • Coordinate with vendors on standard operating procedures. • Maintain site logs for permits, Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs), and scripts. • Complete routine work order requests and assist with incident management. • Assist other departments during routine maintenance activities. • Support senior staff on infrastructure projects and shadow projects for learning.
