About the Role
• Participate in 2‑week Agile sprints with a strong emphasis on test automation. • Design, implement, test, and maintain C++ features for Fusion 360 based on stakeholder requirements. • Own the quality of delivered work and ensure excellence in code. • Write technical design documents, conduct design and code reviews, and develop task estimates. • Collaborate iteratively with developers, QA, and UX designers across India and worldwide engineering sites. • Present in global technical discussions, mentor team members, and share knowledge. • Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity.

What You Bring
• Program primarily in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows and Xcode on macOS. • Adapt quickly to multiple priorities and changing conditions. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Bring 5+ years of experience building robust, performant commercial applications. • Demonstrate strong C++ skills, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and core computer science fundamentals. • Experience with Qt, Python, JSON, Jira, Jenkins, and debugging on Windows and macOS. • Exhibit excellent English communication, teamwork, and rapid learning of large software systems. • Prefer experience developing assembly features in CAD software. • Familiarity with Agile development practices and building/consuming HTTP APIs. • Knowledge of test automation tools and strategies. • Proficiency with VS Code and Cursor editors.
