Job Highlights
About the Role
The planner will be responsible for a specific product family linked to Kimberly‑Clark sites and external vendors, covering a 0‑to‑4‑month horizon. Daily tracking of stock levels and sales forecasts from Customer Business Units, and coordination with functions such as Customer Service, Demand Management, Logistics, Strategic and Procurement, will be essential to maintain optimal product supply using SAP planning tools. • Prepare daily and weekly production plans for the assigned product portfolio. • Communicate and implement changes to production and deployment to meet service and inventory goals. • Maintain accurate master data and inventory requirements within SAP planning and transactional systems. • Execute product and packaging rollovers, new introductions and discontinuations. • Lead projects aimed at continuously improving planning and supply‑chain processes. • Identify, monitor and advise on risks, opportunities and priorities for tactical and strategic decisions. • Resolve day‑to‑day inventory issues across the supply chain.

The role sits within a vibrant, dynamic and social supply‑chain team and operates in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with innovative products. • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Tactical Planner, Supply Optimiser or Production Planner, preferably in FMCG. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; SAP experience is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to build successful cross‑functional relationships. • Fluent English with strong communication and analytical skills; additional languages a benefit.
