About the Role

The supervisor will oversee land management operations on designated Defence estates, coordinating vegetation control, firebreak maintenance and pest management while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards. We are recruiting a permanent Land Management Supervisor for the Wagga‑Blamey Barracks location, with a start date of January 2026. The role is open to candidates from any background, whether they bring Defence experience, industry knowledge or transferable skills from other sectors, and we value a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered. Successful candidates will have experience in land management, horticulture or environmental services, strong leadership and team coordination skills, and a solid understanding of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.
