About the Role

The Craft Recruiter supports recruitment and coordination of skilled craftsmen. They manage outreach, job postings, resume screening, interviews, craft tests, and act as the primary candidate contact. The recruiter assesses project personnel needs with operations, project managers, and superintendents, and implements recruitment programs to meet forecasted and immediate manpower demands while assisting with short- and long-term craft planning. • Analyze applicant information, conduct interviews, and verify licenses, references, and work history. • Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled craft personnel to meet staffing needs. • Train hiring managers and support staff on talent acquisition processes for a positive hiring experience. • Ensure hiring practices comply with EEO, ADA, and other government regulations. • Maintain organized files for applications, interviews, and hiring documentation. • Stay current on industry recruiting trends and recommend improvements. • Represent Sundt at conferences, job fairs, and networking events to promote the company and understand regional labor markets. • Collaborate with operations personnel to allocate internal employees to project needs. • Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or carrying objects regularly. • Use telephone, computer, and email to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Work in a safety‑sensitive environment where tasks may affect personal or others’ safety. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement programs. • Contribute to Sundt Foundation charitable initiatives.

What You Bring

• Hold a 4‑year degree or equivalent education and experience; minimum four years recruiting craft professionals, two years using an ATS. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, organizational, and independent work skills with high customer service orientation. • Ability to work with a diverse workforce and travel up to 25 % of the time. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; experience with iCIMS ATS preferred.
