About the Role

In this role you will lead and coach a technical workforce, work closely with local managers to meet P&L targets, and ensure staffing plans meet service commitments. You will monitor operational metrics, manage third‑party partners, and partner with quality, project, training, HR and regulatory stakeholders to continuously raise performance standards. • Learn and grow within a customer‑focused team. • Collaborate with local managers to plan, budget and achieve P&L targets. • Forecast, update and execute staffing plans to maximize service levels. • Measure, monitor and report on operational metrics with analysis. • Foster a growth‑through‑service culture to boost customer satisfaction and business growth. • Coach and manage technical professionals to enhance performance and meet objectives. • Select, negotiate and manage third‑party partners aligned with Reliance’s strategy. • Conduct regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity and implement improvement plans. • Partner with Quality, Project Management, Training, HR and Regulatory stakeholders to continuously improve performance. • Establish service‑excellence standards to become the destination of choice for team members, customers and partners. • Provide tools, training and development programs.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years HVAC industry experience with technical expertise. • 3–5 years operational leadership experience meeting corporate objectives. • Proven ability to develop and lead technical professionals. • Capability to retain and attract top talent. • Strong competitive awareness and coaching skills. • Ability to align corporate goals with individual objectives. • High self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
