About the Role
Summary: The Project Manager II provides overall management direction on complex projects, establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Project Team. The role is responsible for the financial results and safety of the project, perpetuating the IIF culture. • Responsible for pre‑construction duties • Lead job transition and start‑up process • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Direct and/or oversee staff • Manage client relationship • Manage generation and submittal of technical records • Manage the construction process • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training/certifications

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and four years of construction experience, or eight years of related experience • Two years of experience as a Project Manager I
