We’re seeking a Part‑Time ICC‑Certified Senior Combination Building Inspector to join our team in Venice, CA. This role goes beyond inspections; it ensures the safety, quality, and future‑readiness of the places where people live, work, and thrive. • Hold ICC Commercial and Residential certifications plus Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing. • Possess 5+ years of municipal inspection experience. • Demonstrate strong communication and problem‑solving abilities with contractors, city staff, and the public. • Ability to safely lift up to 25 lb and perform fieldwork.
