About the Role
The professional will manage and provide technical guidance on multi‑site and multi‑phased projects involving hazardous and solid waste, air emissions, water and wastewater compliance, and pollution control. Responsibilities include preparing reports, advising on field conditions, and recommending corrective strategies to protect air, water, and land resources while meeting industry quality standards. Key duties involve delivering EHS compliance and due‑diligence support, developing procedures and permits, preparing regulatory reports, and conducting site assessments, desktop reviews, and audits. The role also requires evaluating and supervising SPCC plans, FRPs, ERAPs, SWPPPs, performing investigations of emission sources and waste facilities, analyzing environmental data, and creating visualizations, technical reports, and cost estimates. Project planning, budgeting, cross‑functional team coordination, health and safety plan implementation, and interaction with regulators and clients are integral components. • Lead multi‑site environmental compliance projects covering hazardous waste, air emissions, water and wastewater. • Develop and submit permits, SPCC plans, FRPs, ERAPs, SWPPPs and other regulatory documents. • Conduct site inspections, Phase I assessments, and EHS audits for industrial, manufacturing and agricultural facilities. • Analyze environmental data, prepare visualizations, technical reports and presentations for clients. • Generate cost estimates and proposals for compliance and due‑diligence work. • Manage project scope, schedule and budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams. • Implement and oversee Health and Safety Plans on site and liaise with regulators and subcontractors.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 7–10 years of compliance‑focused environmental engineering experience, EHS and PSM auditing expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or public health discipline. They should possess a broad understanding of process operations across manufacturing, chemical, utility, or transportation sectors, and be well‑versed in federal and state regulations such as RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES, TSCA, CWA, CAA, DOT, and OSHA. Strong project management, communication, leadership, QA/QC adherence, technical writing, and problem‑solving skills are essential. • Hold 7–10 years of compliance‑focused environmental engineering experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. • Possess expertise in federal and state regulations such as RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES, TSCA, CWA, CAA and OSHA. • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, QA/QC adherence and proficiency with technical writing tools.
