Assembler (2nd Shift)

About the Role

The technician reads and interprets wiring schematics, drawings, and bills of material, then builds components of both standard and engineered‑to‑order products using hand tools, torque drivers, and pneumatic tools. Work is guided by manufacturing information such as Kanban cards, material‑issue requisitions, and oral or written instructions. The role also includes performing equipment set‑ups, minor troubleshooting, and routine preventative maintenance to keep manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance while ensuring quality through document review and verification checklists. All activities must comply with safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of machinery. What You Bring

No relocation benefit is provided; candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Richmond, VA, though active‑duty military members are exempt from this requirement. A minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
