About the Role
You will work closely with our cross-functional team—including mechanical, electrical, and regulatory engineers—to support the design, analysis, and safety development of Hadron’s micro modular reactor. The role spans both core reactor physics and balance-of-plant engineering, with opportunities for hands-on design and innovation in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in reactor core and neutronics design • Knowledge of nuclear safety analysis and regulatory frameworks • Familiarity with NRC licensing or DOE engagement is a plus • Experience with Monte Carlo and deterministic simulation tools • Proficiency in MCNP, Serpent, CASMO, SCALE, or PARCS for reactor physics analysis • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Nuclear Engineering or a related field • Strong understanding of thermal-hydraulics and heat transfer • Experience with instrumentation and controls (I&C) and radiation monitoring systems • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
