What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Electronics, Construction Management or a related field, with at least five years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects. Additionally, eight or more years of experience as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or superintendent in electrical and telecommunications construction is required, and design‑build experience is preferred. Technical proficiency includes a solid understanding of engineering design, systems, and standards, as well as strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred software familiarity covers McCormick, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, and Revit. Required certifications are CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour; STS certification and LEED GA/AP credentials are preferred.
