About the Role

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, coordination of staffing, schedule and budget management, quality assurance, and occasional travel to project sites, with support from accounting and business leadership for periodic reviews. • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage all aspects of complex small‑to‑medium projects or routine large projects. • Produce and coordinate multiple small‑to‑medium projects concurrently. • Collaborate with Principal(s) to develop and maintain client relationships. • Lead client‑related activities including marketing, contracts, design, and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload across the project lifecycle to meet schedules. • Track project finances and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Work with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures.

What You Bring

• Travel frequently or as needed to client/project sites. • 7 years experience in higher education and/or research laboratory projects. • Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED. • PMP certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. • Minimum 7 years related experience. • At least 2 years project management experience. • Licensed Registered Architect. • Ability to lead project teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong planning and mentoring skills.
