About the Role

The IT Support Specialist will provide on‑site, hands‑on support for the organization’s technology needs. Responsibilities include preparing and deploying laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, managing the IT equipment inventory, tracking hardware movement, and determining repair or disposal of returned devices. The role also delivers basic technical support via phone, email, or Teams, assists with password resets and account access, and oversees shipping and receiving of equipment, requiring strong organizational skills and a friendly, reliable service approach. • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving hardware and software issues. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, peripherals, and applications. • Support Active Directory accounts, printers, mobile devices, and workstation deployment and maintenance. • Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement processes. • Document issues and resolutions, escalating complex problems using ServiceNow and Teams. • Train end‑users on M365, Windows 11, iOS, and other software tools. • Collaborate with IT teams to meet service level targets.

What You Bring
