About the Role
Key duties include performing quality‑control audits of lease documents, updating and maintaining lease information in technology systems, and ensuring proper document‑management procedures for all leased and owned assets. The role also involves maintaining file storage, scanning documents, handling mail, and reviewing client invoices against lease requirements while confirming calculation accuracy. Additional responsibilities include conducting desktop audits of year‑end CAM, insurance, and real‑estate tax reconciliations and interpreting charges for compliance with lease terms. The coordinator resolves disputes with landlords over identified discrepancies, ensures financial obligations are accurate, and processes monthly rents in a timely manner. Management of the subtenant process, including rent collection, invoice pass‑through, and year‑end reconciliations, is also required, as is frequent communication with internal and external partners to notify the client of critical dates, policies, and inquiries. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented team player who can work autonomously.
