Senior Refrigeration Service Technician - Commercial & Industrial

About the Role

• Repair and overhaul compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical/mechanical controls • Perform general repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, gas furnaces, and electric motors • Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment deficiencies • Process job tickets and work orders promptly • Train new or less‑experienced technicians • Maintain truck inventory and drive company vehicle safely

What You Bring

Technicians work on diverse HVAC and refrigeration projects year‑round, gaining experience with multiple systems and industries while serving a broad customer base. • Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, gas furnaces, and electrical systems • Familiarity with single‑system, rack, display case, and walk‑in units • Ability to troubleshoot computer controls • Strong mechanical and communication skills • High school diploma or GED with vocational training • 3–6 years commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience • Tech Skills Level 5 (score ≥80%) • Valid driver’s license and CFC certification
