About the Role
The Director, Projects (P3 level) will lead complex commercial real‑estate project management initiatives, providing strategic direction, client stewardship and oversight of large‑scale, multi‑portfolio projects. • Lead and oversee multiple high‑complexity projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and JLL standards. • Serve as primary client relationship manager for major accounts, building long‑term partnerships through proactive communication. • Direct and mentor project management teams, set performance metrics, conduct reviews and implement best practices. • Cultivate senior‑level client relationships, act as trusted advisor on portfolio strategies, lead presentations and negotiations. • Oversee project budgets of $10M‑$100M+, manage financial forecasting, cost control and profitability. • Identify and mitigate project risks, implement quality assurance processes protecting client and JLL interests. • Pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop proposals for prospective clients. • Collaborate with business‑development teams to expand JLL’s project‑management services and meet revenue targets. • Lead cross‑functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with C‑level executives.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field; master’s preferred. • Possess 15‑20 years of progressive commercial real‑estate project‑management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. • Demonstrate expertise in project‑management methodologies, construction processes, financial modeling and relevant software; PMP certification strongly preferred. • Understand commercial real‑estate markets, construction/renovation regulations, workplace strategy, sustainability and technology integration. • Hold professional certifications such as PMP, CCM or equivalent; experience with international or multi‑market portfolios is a plus. • Track record of business‑development success and client retention.
