What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide overall management for large projects, lead the project team, and ensure successful customer relations while assisting operating groups with winning work. The role requires flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient interaction with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The posting typically remains open for a minimum of five days, averaging 44 days. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management overseeing large projects • Proven ability to manage development through close‑out for multiple complex projects • Strong attention to detail for organizing and managing numerous project tasks • Basic understanding of construction law and accepted business practices • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, project software, and relevant web applications • Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusive Behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans • Willingness to travel up to 50‑75 % of the time

Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $168,100 to $252,200, with higher ranges for certain locations (Denver, Chicago + 5%; Seattle, Portland + 10%; Washington, D.C. + 12.5%).
