Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deploy standard logistics processes aligned with Schneider Performance System requirements. • Support new initiatives or process change requests, validate changes, complete JBS/OWS documentation, and train supervisors and operators with signed records. • Conduct quarterly FMR analysis and ensure recommended storage strategies are implemented. • Perform yearly SMB2 review to maintain time standards. • Conduct PFMEA analysis for the sector and implement corrective actions. • Monitor performance tracking tools and drive productivity improvements. • Perform root cause analysis for productivity barriers, quality, and system issues; deploy containment and corrective actions. • Lead implementation of actions from the IDEA system. • Support Smart DC digitization projects, including Tableau dashboards. • Assist with CHR implementation, UAT, and follow‑up activities. • Resolve system‑related issues for operations promptly.

What You Bring
• Apply experience with conveyor systems, AGVs, AMRs, and Warehouse Management System (Manhattan) implementation. • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management. • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations with a global focus. • Strong understanding of warehouse terminology (e.g., FIFO, MIGO) and inventory/transportation management. • Proficiency in SAP and WM modules. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Proven problem‑solving abilities.
