About the Role

• Drive growth of the Water and Land Development practice. • Identify and build relationships with target clients and projects. • Assist with business development and proposal strategy. • Research business opportunities and help shape strategy. • Represent Kimley‑Horn at networking events and industry organizations. • Partner with project managers on market forecasts and new opportunities. • Collaborate with the regional Marketing team to support project managers. • Lead marketing efforts for proposals, presentations, and work‑winning activities. • Coordinate special projects and regional conferences. • Manage multiple concurrent, time‑sensitive deadlines.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings at least six years of A/E/C industry experience and holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, English, or a related field. They are comfortable working flexible hours, occasional travel, and possess basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, detail‑orientation, teamwork, and the ability to translate technical information are essential.
