About the Role
The Facilities Management team is seeking a collaborative, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers and operations staff. In this role you will help ensure smooth execution of facilities and construction projects, managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflows, and maintaining critical project information. Key duties include developing and maintaining project plans and schedules, leading client and internal meetings, tracking budgets and expenses, and preparing status reports. You will also monitor key performance indicators, assist with training materials, coordinate site access, and help ensure safety compliance on job sites.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and mathematical abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Self‑motivated; works independently and collaboratively • Thrives in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines • Proficiency with Corrigo or other CMMS software • Experience with SharePoint • Experience with SmartSheets • Prior experience in construction management, general contracting, or real estate • Experience with estimates, change orders, and financial billing processes

Benefits
The position offers an estimated salary range of $75,250‑$82,237 per year and is based on‑site in Portland, OR, or Vancouver, WA. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
