About the Role
• Monitor drawing progress and NOC documentation; coordinate with clients and government offices. • Track and secure utilities NOCs, ensuring timely completion. • Attend coordination and design meetings, support the design team, and recommend improvements. • Gather technical information from agencies, consultants, and contractors; prepare weekly and monthly reports and design drawings. • Develop engineering deliverables such as calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design packages, and technical reports. • Supervise junior staff and provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and engineers.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience. • Minimum 5 years of drafting experience using Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroStation at an advanced level. • Proficient in producing utilities drawings and cross‑sections in AutoCAD and MicroStation. • Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards, NOC processes, and existing infrastructure networks. • Proven experience liaising with government authorities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. • Familiarity with pipelines, chambers, pumping stations, non‑disruptive road crossings, and emergency works coordination. • Excellent oral and written communication; ability to advise clients on sustainable irrigation and water feature systems. • Proficiency with CAD, Primavera P3, MS Office, and related engineering software.
