What You Bring
We are inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at RAAF Williamtown as an Aerodrome Operator. Commencing February 2026, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, whether they bring Defence experience, industry knowledge, or transferable skills from other sectors, and encourage those passionate about contributing to Defence capability to apply. • Hold a Certificate IV in Aviation (Ground Operations and Service). • Possess a Certificate III/IV in Horticulture (desirable). • Have CASA Aerodrome Reporting Officer Certification (desirable). • Hold CASA/DASA endorsement for QLD or NSW. • Maintain a current open driver’s licence. • Obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required). • Demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
