About the Role

• Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professional programs. • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. • Perform assignments under direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. • Assist engineers with structural design and analysis tasks. • Support development of reports and documentation for design projects. • Organize and maintain project files and records. • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. • Conduct basic research on materials, codes, and standards as needed.

What You Bring

• Completed at least two years toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA (preferred). • Demonstrated interest or knowledge of structural design/CAD software (MIDAS, CSi Bridge, AutoCAD, or similar). • Familiarity with basic engineering codes and standards (e.g., CSA Standards, MTO). • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills. • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
