About the Role

At Equinix we help the world’s digital leaders scale with agility during their digital transformation journey. This Account Executive will partner with Network Service Providers—including telcos, ISPs, content providers, subsea cable and fiber companies—to sell Equinix solutions that support their growth and optimization. Responsibilities include building relationships across multiple lines of business, mining dormant prospect accounts, leading sales engagements with cross‑functional teams, and designing account strategies that drive strategic alignment and revenue. • Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and global network accounts. • Identify and activate dormant or regional prospect accounts to generate pipeline opportunities. • Lead sales engagements and solutioning with cross‑functional teams including sales engineers and solution architects. • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and align strategy with global peers and account support teams. • Design and execute account strategies to drive growth for Equinix solutions. • Leverage extensive sales experience and network industry knowledge to create new opportunities. • Achieve targets within an OTE range of 217,000‑325,000 PLN and earn commissions.

Benefits

The targeted pay range for this position in Warsaw is 217,000‑325,000 PLN annually, reflecting base salary plus commissions (On‑Target Earnings). Compensation is determined by role, level, and location and may be updated based on business needs; equity may also be offered depending on the position. Individual pay takes into account job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
