What You Bring
• Strong motivation to help the community through quality maintenance practices • Current Medium Rigid / Heavy Rigid licence • Construction Induction / White Card (essential) • Current Traffic Control tickets (highly regarded) • Proven ability to operate mobile plant, machinery and equipment in road maintenance • Availability for night shifts, emergency call‑outs, and weekends as required • Proficiency with tablets and smartphones • Experience leading teams to meet productivity targets (Leading Hand role)
