About the Role

The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth. In the recruiting execution phase, the recruiter handles everything from requisition intake through offer acceptance, partners with managers to understand staffing needs, sources and screens candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networks, and manages pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. The recruiter also gathers interview feedback, advises hiring teams on selections, and ensures a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage, communicating with all candidates regardless of outcome. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and priorities. • Source, screen and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. • Collect interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent and timely candidate experience at every stage. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes and identify efficiency improvements. • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools and best practices. • Take accountability for hiring timelines, outcomes and quality of hires. • Support hiring events, job fairs and community outreach initiatives. • Contribute to a collaborative talent‑acquisition team focused on results.

What You Bring

Renuity prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field and 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, high organization, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus) are required. • Communicate proactively with all candidates, regardless of outcome. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. • 1–3 years talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication with professional clarity. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP a plus).
