About the Role
The role will design and execute the L&D strategy across the integrated organization, aligning training initiatives with business goals, managing budgets, and measuring program effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Lead learning and development requirements for integration and change management activities. • Identify training needs for new systems and processes and design comprehensive programs for the European business. • Assess L&D initiatives and training programs across all business units and affiliates. • Develop and implement a regional L&D strategy and framework, incorporating new initiatives and processes. • Explore and deploy innovative learning technologies and platforms to improve accessibility and experience. • Apply global talent identification processes and create region‑specific selection and development approaches. • Support senior management with talent identification and development initiatives. • Provide direction on global L&D programs, processes, and their cycles. • Manage the L&D budget to ensure efficient and cost‑effective resource allocation. • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programs, from planning and execution to evaluation and improvement. • Source and manage external partners for the creation and delivery of new training initiatives. • Collaborate with operational experts to convert technical content into effective training material. • Engage with managers, employees, and external vendors to align and implement L&D initiatives successfully. • People‑manage regional L&D Coordinators remotely. • Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources Development, or a related field. • Possess 4–5 years of senior L&D experience in an international setting, preferably within building or real estate. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of adult learning principles and L&D best practices. • Familiarity with a variety of learning technologies, platforms, and multimedia/LMS tools. • Exhibit strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills. • Ability to convert technical content into engaging training materials. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
