About the Role
The Piping Foreman will supervise and lead a crew of pipefitters, order materials, develop look‑ahead schedules, and coordinate with customers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors. They will oversee pipe installation, equipment setting, production management, and ensure timely delivery of material and prefabricated components. The role also includes supervising pipe testing, flushing, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to company and OSHA safety regulations. • Supervise and lead a crew of pipefitters on projects. • Order all materials for each crew and schedule deliveries. • Develop look‑ahead schedules based on project needs. • Interact with customers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors. • Attend job‑site meetings and oversee pipe installation and equipment setting. • Manage production to meet estimated labor hours. • Supervise pipe testing and flushing per project requirements. • Ensure clean, orderly work areas and compliance with OSHA safety regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of commercial piping experience, be able to lift and handle objects up to 50 lb, and possess reliable transportation and their own tools. OSHA 30 certification is preferred, and a strong commitment to safety and excellent attendance are required. • Minimum 5+ years of commercial piping experience. • Ability to lift/handle objects ≤ 50 lb without assistance. • Reliable transportation and personal tools. • OSHA 30 certification preferred. • Strong safety commitment, leadership, communication skills, and excellent attendance.
