About the Role

A Logistics Analyst is responsible for coordinating drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers. The role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. The analyst ensures compliance with safety policies, analyzes daily route information, and implements routing changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization using the internal routing platform. Using routing system visibility, the analyst responds to same‑day changes or next‑day planning needs, closes routes on time with accurate data, and proactively resolves problems that arise while trucks and drivers are in transit. The analyst creates routes that maximize capacity and profitability, monitors daily routing activities, resolves pickup and delivery issues, and evaluates swing routes and disposal plans to improve overall efficiency. Customer experience duties include courteous interaction, designing routes that prevent service issues, analyzing and prioritizing service promises, updating call‑center communications, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction by adhering to service commitments.
