About the Role
The associate assembles a variety of sub‑assemblies inside enclosures and commercial products, following print layouts and verbal or written instructions. Pneumatic and manual hand tools are used to secure component parts, and enclosures are labeled with the appropriate product information. Quality checks are performed on assembled parts and finished enclosures before they are lifted, boxed, cut, formed, taped, and palletized for shipment. First‑article inspections and participation in 5S and continuous‑improvement activities are also part of the role. Work is carried out as part of a team responsible for assembling entire products or product components.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and reside in the immediate Sherman, TX area, as no relocation assistance is provided. The position requires experience in a machine‑shop or sheet‑metal processing environment and prior assembly or sub‑assembly experience in a production setting. • Experience reading blueprints and using simple measuring tools. • Ability to lift up to 75 lb and stand for eight‑hour shifts performing repetitive tasks. • Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate components. • Ability to follow directions and work independently with attention to detail. • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays.
