About the Role
In this position you will create, manage, and optimise digital marketing initiatives and content across multiple platforms, while also supporting internal communications through writing and editing. Responsibilities include developing strategic content calendars, managing social media, analysing performance data, and reporting on key performance indicators. • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and content calendars to increase brand awareness. • Create engaging digital content aligned with marketing goals and optimise it for SEO and GEO. • Manage social media platforms, engage online audiences, and build community presence. • Monitor and analyse website and social media traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance; report on KPIs. • Research market trends and provide actionable insights. • Draft, edit, and proofread corporate communications as required. • Offer an employee share purchase plan and 100% employee ownership.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, commerce, media or a related field and have at least five years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in B2B or technical environments. Strong writing, SEO optimisation, analytics, and AI‑tool proficiency are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, commerce, media or a related field. • Minimum five years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in B2B or technical sectors. • Demonstrated ability to develop measurable marketing strategies and deliver results. • Proficient in setting up and analysing analytics while adhering to privacy and performance standards. • Skilled in using AI tools for workflow optimisation and content generation. • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to shift between educational and persuasive tones.
