About the Role
The position focuses on delivering first‑class maintenance and repair services across Camden and surrounding areas, handling void works, property MOTs and a range of tasks across specialist and secondary trades, with an emphasis on efficiency and meeting deadlines. Clarion conducts background checks and ensures all operatives meet the legal employment criteria for the role. • Perform maintenance, responsive repairs, and void works for residential properties. • Carry out property MOT inspections and multi‑trade tasks across carpentry, plumbing, and additional trades. • Ensure work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines. • Provide high‑quality customer care to tenants and property managers.

What You Bring
• Proven experience as a carpenter and plumber with additional trade skills. • Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). • Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales. • Pass basic criminal record check; no visa sponsorship offered.

Benefits
• Salary £36,000‑£41,000 plus regular overtime. • £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance. • Company van, tools, and bonus scheme.
