About the Role
The role focuses on enhancing office comfort and efficiency through preventive maintenance, regular cleaning schedules, and ensuring all equipment operates correctly. It includes monitoring for emergencies, following escalation and incident‑reporting procedures, and seeking cost‑saving and operational‑improvement opportunities while overseeing receptionists and tea attendants to maintain high service standards. Stakeholder engagement is critical; the employee will keep communication lines open with management, clients, vendors, and landlords, enforce key operating procedures, and schedule regular meetings to understand and address stakeholder needs, thereby driving client satisfaction. • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and repairs for office facilities. • Coordinate regular cleaning services and ensure office equipment functions properly. • Monitor for emergencies, execute response protocols, and follow escalation and incident‑reporting procedures. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational standards. • Supervise receptionists and tea attendants to maintain high service quality. • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders (management, clients, vendors, landlords) and enforce key operating procedures. • Arrange regular stakeholder meetings to understand needs and drive satisfaction.

What You Bring
