About the Role

The role involves ensuring digital solutions meet health, safety and environmental standards, identifying opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes and technologies, and maintaining compliance with company, legislative and technical policies such as RRMS, SABRe, export control and IP requirements. Responsibilities include planning and managing schedules, resources and costs, resolving issues and risks to meet project timelines, developing and continuously improving digital manufacturing systems, and deploying standardized digital processes across commodity and production lifecycles while preparing people and processes for change. • Ensure digital manufacturing solutions comply with health, safety, environmental, and product safety standards. • Identify and develop new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies. • Maintain compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, export control, and IP guidelines. • Plan, schedule, and manage resources and costs, mitigating issues and risks to meet project timelines. • Develop, validate, and continuously improve digital manufacturing systems for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. • Capture and analyze data to enhance current and future manufacturing capabilities. • Deploy standardized digital manufacturing processes across commodity and production lifecycles, ensuring business readiness.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Manufacturing Systems Engineering (or higher) with at least one year of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of the degree, be a U.S. citizen, and preferably possess a general understanding of Rolls‑Royce manufacturing processes and digital tools. • Hold a bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or 5+ years relevant experience; must be a U.S. citizen.
