Lead Project Management Specialist 

About the Role

The specialist will plan, direct, and ensure successful project outcomes using internal resources, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer specifications and contract terms. Key responsibilities include ownership of total project execution, performance, and safety, coordinating activities of matrix‑reporting teams across functions, and regularly communicating milestones, status updates, and potential escalations. • Coordinate matrix‑reporting teams across functions • Communicate milestones, status updates, and escalations to stakeholders • Deliver presentations and conduct meetings with customers and end‑users • Apply problem‑solving, conflict resolution, risk, and change management • Estimate, schedule, and manage new equipment projects in pump/valve/turbine domains

What You Bring

Effective communication is critical; the role requires excellent presentation, oral and written skills, the ability to conduct meetings with customers and end‑users, and strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities. Candidates must hold an engineering degree and possess 8–10 years of project‑management experience, with exposure to OEM manufacturing and the pump, valve, or turbine domains, as well as proven estimating, scheduling, risk, and change‑management expertise. • Hold an engineering degree with 8–10 years of project‑management experience and OEM exposure
