• Minimum 15+ years overall oil & gas project experience. • At least 8 years in petrochemical or refinery projects. • Experience with EPC and detailed engineering phases. • Prior involvement in ADNOC projects is advantageous. • Experience on PMC projects preferred. • Familiarity with chlor‑alkali, PVC, or EDC‑VCM plants considered a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
