About the Role
In this role you will oversee construction activities from planning through completion, coordinate with client stakeholders and consultants, and ensure projects meet compressed timelines, budgets and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. • Lead and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion on compressed schedules. • Liaise with client stakeholders and consultants to finalize designs and ensure alignment. • Manage subcontractors and vendors, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and thorough project close‑out. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synchronize timelines, budgets and quality standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce compliance and uphold safety standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships; present clear progress reports to stakeholders. • Promote innovative construction methods, champion safety initiatives and drive sustainable practices. • Protect JLL’s commercial and contractual interests throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. • 15+ years of construction project management experience, including office fit‑out, industrial or logistics projects. • Proven HSE knowledge and a track record of delivering safe, commercially successful projects. • Contractor background with expertise in documentation control, scheduling and risk mitigation. • Strong understanding of construction codes, techniques and regulations. • Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Primavera, MS Project, BIM, AutoCAD/Revit. • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. • Ability to mentor teams, delegate effectively and achieve project commitments. • Experience managing large‑scale fit‑out, commercial, industrial or logistics builds; PEB knowledge a plus.
