About the Role
The Contract Administrator supports the formation, administration, and closeout of assigned subcontracts on projects, handling prequalification, contract preparation, record maintenance, invoice review, and cost trend analysis, while also contributing to special projects as needed. • Prequalify potential subcontractors. • Apply construction contracting best practices. • Prepare and review subcontractor contracts. • Maintain subcontract files and correspondence. • Administer contract changes, extra work requests, and related communications. • Review invoices and process payments. • Provide cost trend analysis for subcontracts. • Execute special projects as assigned.

What You Bring
