About the Role

Consultants must stay current on all product lines, attend product‑knowledge training, and act as brand ambassadors at appointments and events. They are responsible for accurate measurement, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Administrative duties include estimating material costs, completing contracts, and maintaining precise sales records. • Conduct in‑home and virtual design consultations to assess customer preferences and design needs. • Develop and negotiate customized price quotes and sales agreements while presenting warranty and financing options. • Accurately record product selections, measurements, and customer information using company systems. • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador at appointments, design events, and trade shows. • Estimate material requirements, complete sales documentation, and ensure accurate product orders and installations.

What You Bring

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of customer‑facing design or sales experience; a bachelor’s degree in interior design, business, or marketing is preferred. Required competencies include Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to read floor plans, strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills, and high organizational ability.
