About the Role
• Develop and execute a tracking process for installations, handling prospects, inquiries, quotes, and scheduling • Manage permitting for each project • Maintain and report on scheduled installs, coordinating with install teams, permits, and inspections • Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to allocate equipment, materials, and personnel • Create process documentation and training materials for new team members • Participate in business system selection and configuration to improve customer flows and efficiency • Collect feedback and monitor service quality

What You Bring
